About the team and the role

The Biddable Media Executive role will encompass Social Media, as well as other new and emerging channels within the Digital ecosystem to reach incremental audiences and drive conversions. You will work closely with channel specialist managers and other executives to achieve our outcomes and you will be a team player who relishes a challenge and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is able to juggle multiple tasks whilst demonstrating a passion for data, performance excellence, creative best practice and embody cross-team collaboration. Constantly monitoring industry updates so that you are up to speed with the latest and greatest which you bring to work with you every day. You will help to create award winning content, interpret data to discern trends, be an active participant in the relationships between our suppliers, media owners and agency to further both the learning agenda for the year and ensure we are challenging the art of the possible as well as be a key contributor in delivering highly innovative marketing campaigns to maximise customer acquisition. 
 

What you’ll do

  • Paid Social performance management – upper funnel and direct response, as well as support across other established and emerging digital media channels 
  • Analyses and reporting – weekly, monthly and longer term performance insights
  • Creative briefing, best practice, organisation and co-ordination between Ocado and our agency
  • Content calendar maintenance
  • Inhouse capability – must be able to manage activity in-platform, QA and report daily, weekly and monthly
  • Agency relationship support
  • Platform partner support
  • Audience management
  • Line management and training of junior team member
  • Invoicing & approvals
  • Developing best practice methodologies
  • Assist in budget management and weekly pacing

  • Strong levels of attention to detail
  • A hands-on knowledge of platforms, namely: Meta (including Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok but must be familiar with influencer activity and biddable channels in general
  • Experience with creative excellence and working with a creative team to help bring best practice to life
