About the team and the role

The role of Talent Coordinator is critical to these aims by owning the quality and accuracy of our recruitment data to allow us to make informed and proactive hiring decisions, as well as being a custodian of the candidate experience, from application to offer. This position requires a pro-active, positive and solutions-based attitude, as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must.
What you’ll do
- Talent attraction – Assists with the creation of job descriptions and adverts which showcase our company culture, benefits, role expectations and ideal candidate requirements. Ensure jobs are posted and highlighted on our careers site, social media platforms and internal job channels. Work with the broader people team (specifically internal comms) to ensure we promote and regularly review our employer branding across all platforms.
- Talent assessment – Assist with booking in interviews and gathering quality feedback to share with candidates. With the support of the Customer Talent Partner, own the hiring/assessment process for our Customer Advisor vacancies in the Customer Hub.
- Talent offers – Create candidate offers and contracts
- Talent system management – Manage our applicant tracking system (Sage Recruit) ensuring hiring data is up to date for all vacancies.
- Talent Data – Report regularly on talent data, highlighting our progress on key metrics and highlighting opportunities to improve our processes or practices.
- Administration support – Provide general administrative support to the Talent Team and manage the careers inbox.
- Project support – provide ad hoc project support to the Talent team.
Who you are
- Experience in a similar role within either an agency or in-house environment would be desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders.
- Great organisation skills- able to prioritise your workload and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- An understanding in data analysis.
