    About the team and the role
    The Digital Marketing team is responsible for new customer acquisition and early customer retention across all channels. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will develop and execute new customer acquisition campaigns across Paid Social. This hands-on role requires in-depth Paid Social expertise, experience supporting performance focused campaigns, with management of multi-million pound annual budgets and a can-do attitude.

    A key aspect of the role is strategising, building and executing campaigns across Paid Social, primarily through Meta & TikTok to acquire profitable customers at scale. They will work closely with both our internal creative partner and Martech teams to execute and optimise digital campaigns that align with our strategic goals of driving new customer acquisition, ROAS and LTV.

    What you’ll do

    • Work with the management team to plan, implement, and optimise Paid Social campaigns across key platforms Meta & TikTok.

    • Test and launch new Paid Social platforms to reach new audiences and drive incremental gains for the business

    • Monitor and optimise Paid Social campaigns to improve KPIs such as ROAS (return on ad spend), MOAS (margin over ad spend), FOV (first order value), FYV (first year value) and CPA (cost per acquisition)

    • Develop channel testing frameworks and partner closely with our Econometrician, MarTech team and Insights to drive the test and learn agenda

    • Reporting – pull data for daily, weekly and monthly reports for both creative & performance. Working with the management team, Insights & Econometric teams to track and analyse campaign performance

    • Creative asset management, working closely with the channel owner, Digital Campaign and in-house creative teams, for delivery on Paid Social

    • Understand Ocado’s customer segments – what makes them tick and how we can acquire and retain more of our priority segments

    • Ad-hoc tasks across the wider Digital Marketing team such as raising POs, invoicing, supporting where needed

    Who you are

    • Proven experience of hands-on, dedicated experience managing and optimising significant budgets across Paid Social. Agency or in-house experience is acceptable. In-platform set up experience is essential

    • A strong understanding of trading KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, Conversion rate, margin and how to influence them

    • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Collaborative – you possess excellent communication skills, capable of building productive relationships across the organisation

    • Curious & eager to learn – you are naturally inquisitive and keep to up to date with the latest industry trends and news

    • Proficiency in Excel / Google sheets

    About the team and the role

    The Supply Chain team at Ocado Retail ensures that stock is available to sell to customers as baskets are created, ensuring products flow seamlessly from supplier to doorstep.

    As the Senior Merchandise Planning Manager, you will lead Ocado Retail’s General Merchandise planning team, taking complete ownership of stock, buy strategies, forecasting, and financial performance across our General Merchandise Distribution Centres.

    You will play a pivotal role in shaping our planning strategy while acting as a key point of contact for our partnerships across demand planning, forecasting, and logistics workstreams.

    In this role, you will lead a team of 10 (2 direct reports, 8 indirect reports), helping to build and nurture the next generation of merchandise planning talent within Ocado Retail.

    What you’ll do

    • People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 10, managing recruitment, career progression, objective-setting, and planning review calendars.

    • Commercial Strategy & Financial Forecasting: Translate sub-category trading strategies into stock plans, controlling Open to Buy, option counts, and key category metrics including Available to Purchase, stock cover, aged inventory, fixed buy-sell-through rates, and overall profit margins.

    • M&S Partnership & Supplier Governance: Own senior stakeholder relationships with our partners and suppliers, delivering accurate rolling forecasts to secure inventory, drive Joint Business Planning, and enforce strict compliance with GSCOP and Competition Law.

    • Stock & Seasonal Event Management: Drive stock turn and warehouse space utilisation, planning major trade events (e.g., Christmas and Easter) from inbound phasing to clear exit strategies for markdown, clearance, and aged stock reduction.

    • Cross-Functional & Project Leadership: Partner with internal teams such as Buying, Insight, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing. DC Operations to lead transformation projects, including supply chain network optimisation and ambient growth initiatives.

    We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive (Print & Offline Acquisition) to join the Digital Marketing & Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our print campaign leading high-impact print initiatives (door drops, direct mail, inserts) and scaling them as high-ROI acquisition growth engines alongside our digital channels.     What you’ll do

    • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and scale high-performing print campaigns designed to acquire and retain new customers.

    • Manage and own print campaign lifecycles: Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including audience targeting, brief creation, print production, in-flight performance reporting and post-campaign analysis.

    • Innovate & Test: Work alongside key stakeholders to relentlessly test copy, paper weights, formats, offers, and audience segments—driving conversions, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

    • Budget Management: Support the management and optimisation of multi-million-pound marketing budgets to maximise the channel’s ROI.

    • Vendor & Agency Management: Build strong relationship with our print agency and manage print production timelines, proofs, and logistics.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, CRM, Customer Insights, Trade Marketing, Legal and the wider Digital Marketing & Acquisition team to bring our growth strategy to life.

    Who you are

    • Proven hands-on experience executing print marketing (direct mail, door drops, inserts) or direct-response acquisition campaigns and customer conversion journey.

    • Solid understanding of acquisition KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, MROI). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable leveraging tracking tools (UTMs, promo codes, multi-touch attribution, and econometric data).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

    We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our EAT Creative team here at Ocado Retail. Over the last year we’ve built a new visual world for our brand and we need you to help us use it to win over new customers in a crowded market. You must be a clear communicator, incredibly passionate about all things motion and design, and foster our team spirit for unconditional collaboration. As Senior Motion Designer you will work closely with our writers, designers and art directors to ensure every project meets a high standard and is unmistakably Ocado.

    What you’ll do

    • This role involves working on paid social campaigns, so you will need to have a strong understanding of all social platforms and content. You will also create our motion guidelines and sizzle reels to showcase Ocado at annual corporate events.

    • You will need strong attention to detail in this role, as you will be working across a range of different touchpoints that need constant production consistency.

    • Collaborating with the campaign art lead and middleweight motion designer, you’ll help define and steer our brand’s motion identity. You’ll use performance data to rigorously test and refine your work, constantly pushing technical boundaries to ensure we deliver high performance creative, that’s bang on brand.

    Who you are

    • You understand how motion captures and elevates brand personality, and ideally you contribute to conceptual thinking, not just the technical execution of motion.

    • You have a genuine obsession with AI in motion and actively push the edge of what AI can do -rebuilding your workflows around it, not just adding on.

    • Excellent communication skills. You can jump on a call, present a concept, defend your thinking, and get feedback without getting demotivated.

    • Okay isn’t enough for you. You care about every frame’s detail and you want to better the work with every project.

    • You’ve got previous experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced, agency/inhouse studio environment, producing work for paid social channels.

    • You’ve previously managed or mentored middleweight and junior motion designers and love to share your expertise.

    • Software-wise, you’re an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, you know your way around a Figma board and you can manage your workflows through platforms like Monday.com.

    • Experience or knowledge of Blender and 3D model capture would be advantageous.

    The Marketing Insights team plays a pivotal role in shaping Ocado Retail’s growth strategy. We are responsible for providing in-depth, actionable customer and market insights that directly inform marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition, enhance loyalty, and support broader commercial objectives. As an Analyst, you will be a key support for this mission, assisting in the analytical approaches and contributing to the team’s output.

    As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will be a commercially aware individual, adept at extracting, manipulating, and analysing complex datasets. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of critical insights that enable data-driven decision-making for marketing and commercial stakeholders.

    This role requires strong analytical capabilities and a proactive, curious mindset to help identify business opportunities. You will assist senior team members in translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive commercial impact.

    What you’ll do

    • Insight Generation & Delivery: Interrogate internal and external data sources to support the team in uncovering customer and market insights. You will assist in providing recommendations that influence marketing strategy, including quick-turnaround analyses for tactical decisions and contributions to longer-term projects.

    • Analytical Support: Support the team in building and implementing statistical models to quantify the impact of marketing variables and validate recommendations.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside senior team members to visualise data and present insights in a clear, concise manner. You will help to ensure that insights are effectively communicated to stakeholders to support data-based decision-making.

    • Market & Competitive Analysis: Support the analysis of external data to develop an understanding of customer and retail perception and Ocado’s performance relative to the wider market.

    • Reporting & Automation: Assist in the development and maintenance of key business reports and dashboards to help stakeholders self-serve regular queries and promote a data-driven culture.

    • Contribute to Best Practice: Contribute to the team’s analytical processes and help in promoting best practices in data extraction, analysis, and visualisation.

    Who you are

    Essential

    • Analytical Aptitude: Experience in a retail, marketing, or consumer-facing environment, with a track record of supporting the delivery of commercial insights through data analysis.

    • Proficiency in statistical techniques: Including linear/logistic regression, hypothesis testing, A/B and multivariate experiment design, clustering techniques (e.g., K-means, RFM analysis), and time-series forecasting. Experience with incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a strong plus.

    • Data Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and a good understanding of SQL. Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is advantageous.

    • Commercial Awareness: A strong sense of commercial awareness with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.

    • Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to clearly present findings.

    This role will be joining the Operations, Supply Chain and Stock Finance team, we look after all things operational, from stock inbounding through to the management of our fulfilment and last mile spend and performance.

    The Finance Operations team are key business partners to the internal Operations team and work closely with our partners at Ocado Logistics; we strive to provide best in class insight & analysis into operational spend & investments to help drive improved profitability. With exposure to senior stakeholders and management of more than £900m worth of operational costs it’s an exciting role which has a real impact on the business.

    Reporting to the Operations Finance Manager, the role is pivotal in challenging and analysing operational costs and fees, involvement in project work, as well as providing insight for monthly packs, forecasting and budgeting processes.

    What you’ll do

    • Business partner the internal Operations team, and both Ocado Logistics and Ocado Solutions, tracking and challenging all Operational and Fee costs for the Ocado.com and Zoom businesses (>£900m annually)

    • Support the Finance Manager in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and 5YP processes

    • Provide monthly performance commentary and analysis for the quarterly Network Profitability sessions
