    About the team and the role

    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our trade marketing and integrated marketing campaign delivery across the annual customer and trading calendar. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic but hands on operator who thrives at the intersection of commercial ambition, creative marketing execution and consistent customer experience.

    Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Brand Marketing Lead. You will lead the development of the integrated marketing calendar and campaign planning to ensure priorities are aligned and the operational delivery of our marketing plan is seamless.

    What you’ll do

    • Trade Marketing: Partner with the Brand, Commercial and Merchandising teams to develop a robust yearly trade marketing plan that balances commercial and brand priorities. You’ll act as the customer marketing linchpin between channel teams, merchandising and commercial teams – ensuring we have a consistent drumbeat of customer and marketing activations that give customers more reasons to choose and shop with Ocado.

    • Lead the Team: Directly manage and mentor the trade marketing campaign team. You will lead your own events as well as oversee the creation of high-quality, customer-oriented activations. You’ll ensure high quality briefs that set the standard for our creative and channel teams. Working to embed new processes that ensure we deliver consistency across marketing channels.

    • Integrated Campaign Management: Lead and draft the major integrated marketing moments across the calendar, supporting the Brand Lead to develop a calendar of activations that improve consideration of Ocado with new and existing customers.. Co-ordinating delivery of campaigns across channels to ensure a seamless, “one-voice” customer experience.

    • Operational Integration: Own and run the Weekly Marketing Integration Meeting. You will be responsible for the joined-up operational delivery of the plan, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring all teams are aligned on upcoming milestones and priorities. You will also be responsible for developing the annual trade marketing calendar that aligns brand, commercial and merch requirements. You will actively present and deliver key updates at the monthly customer and commercial steerco meetings to ensure teams are aligned on priorities.

    • Stakeholder management: Responsible for managing and influencing key stakeholders across the business up to C-suite level. Through meetings, presentations to commercial stakeholders and cross functional forums.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact for Commercial and Paid Channel teams. You will translate commercial requirements into marketing reality, ensuring our trade activations are both brand-aligned and ROI-positive.

    The Senior CRM Executive role, working in conjunction with the Senior Manager and Technical Manager, has responsibility for the day-to-day technical excellence of our platforms, integrations as well as transforming our business and technical processes to improve efficiency within the team.

    • Process engineering: working closely with the wider CRM team to understand pain points in our processes and implementation of new processes and technologies to maximise efficiency in campaign-readiness and reduction in errors.

    • Technical migration: support for the technical workstream for the CRM platform migration, ensuring a seamless transition that meets all specified business and data integration requirements.

    • Technical upskilling and enablement: responsible for developing and executing a programme to elevate the technical proficiency of the wider CRM team, fostering a culture of data literacy and platform expertise.

    Who you are

    • Technical CRM experience: proven experience (3+ years) working within a CRM team; knowledge of technical architecture, best practices and data structures

    • CRM Superuser: strong experience as a superuser of a CRM platform (Braze preferred but any other major provider acceptable)

    • Knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS

    • Collaborative stakeholder management: excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, combined with strong stakeholder management abilities to build collaborative and productive relationships across key internal teams (Insights, Finance, Research).

    We are looking for a motivated individual who will be responsible for all areas of payroll for the business as well as supporting the central costs team with financial analysis & insight. You will be processing monthly & lunar payrolls for our head office & customer hub teams through our payroll system Cintra and building strong relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations. You will also have the opportunity to business partner with heads of department ensuring all people costs are within budget and to identify any opportunities and savings. You will be encouraged to review existing processes and drive continuous improvements across both payroll operations & central costs. The role will report to the Finance Manager.

    What you’ll do

    Monthly and Lunar Payroll:

    • Checking and processing new starters, leavers & amendments (bonus pay, pay increase, sickness, overtime etc.)

    • Checking and processing salary sacrifice schemes and deductions

    • Pension processing and support

    • Processing family leave agreements

    • Preparation of P11d’s and PSA (PAYE Settlement agreements)

    • General payroll related queries & supporting the People team with ad hoc queries

    • Liaising with accounting team on monthly journals & balance sheet reconciliations

    • Managing payroll controls & audit requests

    • Support with continued payroll project work & ad hoc analysis

    Finance Analyst:

    • Business partner with cost centre owners / heads of departments to ensure accurate cost control & forecasting of people costs

    • Liaise with the People team to ensure accurate cost centre mappings and people movements

    • Raising POs for the Transactional Finance team

    • Supporting the Finance Manager to review existing processes and implement improvements

    • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting

    Who you are

    • Strong experience of working with monthly & lunar payroll

    • Advanced knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and compliance standards

    • Knowledge of Cintra Payroll / Sage HR

    • Essential understanding of HR policies and processes related to payroll

    • Experience working with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar)

    • Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Sumifs)

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

    • Great attention to detail and able to maintain high level of accuracy in their work

    • Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet tight deadlines

In this role, you will hold commercial accountability for your categories, managing a complex global supply chain to deliver a market-leading range.     • Be fully accountable for category P&L and deliver against all KPIs

    • Negotiate and execute complex, high-value Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with growers and importers that drive mutual growth and innovation

    • Utilise live data to make fast, commercially sound trading decisions, reacting quickly to market dynamics, weather events, and availability challenges

    • Partner closely with the M&S sourcing team to drive joint initiatives

    • Ensure zero GSCOP breaches. Always follow the Business Code of Conduct and act with integrity and due diligence

    Strategy, Range & Innovation

    • Expertly execute category reviews to refine the range, ensuring we are first-to-market with seasonal highlights and Ocado exclusives

    • Work closely with the Category Trade Planner to ensure best-in-class execution across all channels

    • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Technical teams to mitigate risks, ensuring best-in-class availability and product quality that meets Ocado’s standards

    Negotiation & Supplier Excellence

    • Have complex negotiations to agree upon and deliver market-leading Joint Business Plans that align with the customer plan and category strategy

    • Manage and review the performance of a complex supplier base, communicating and developing strong relationships to drive high engagement

    • Identify and create plans to mitigate potential issues/events that may impact the supply, and ensure product quality meets all Ocado requirements

    As a Category Assistant, you will provide administrative and commercial support to the Buying team for your category/categories. As part of the central Category Administration Team, you will also support the broader Buying team, as required. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and commercial tasks, with a key focus on accuracy, efficiency, and proactiveness to ensure the product range and trading plans are optimised to support the overall Ocado Retail strategy and goals.

    What you’ll do

    • Ensure all administrative tasks assigned by the Category Administration Manager are completed ahead of the deadline and managed as agreed between the Buyer and Supplier

    • Provide regular, clear updates to senior stakeholders on the status of administrative tasks, identifying any risks in advance and working to mitigate.

    • Work within critical path deadlines for all accountabilities, working at pace whilst ensuring accuracy.

    • Maintain and set up product listings and promotions

    • Supplier set up, onboarding, and management

    • Action price establishment/price changes

    • Media loading – review banners before ‘Go Live’ on the webshop

    • Assist the Customer Centre promptly with responses to customer queries.

    • Support with training on an ad-hoc basis.

    We are looking for an AI-forward Manager to lead the intelligent transformation of our Supplier Funded Media (SFM) operations. You won’t just be managing tasks; you will be the architect of AI-driven workflows, utilising tools like Gemini, LLM, Monday.com and FigmaBuzz to architect a technical transformation, automate high-volume media execution, and unlock strategic capacity for the entire team.

    The Media Project Manager will work closely with the SFM Manager to lead the team to deliver media on time and in full, supporting the overall strategy to grow supplier funded media opportunities. This person will be integral to ensuring we successfully deliver against supplier expectations, with the focus on improving the colleague, supplier & customer experience wherever possible. In 6 months, you will leave a legacy by fundamentally changing how the UK’s largest online supermarket handles media. This is a fast-paced implementation role perfect for someone who wants to prove the ROI of AI in a Tier-1 retail environment

    What you’ll do

    • Map complex media lifecycles and architect automated end-to-end solutions.
